Barge
Supervisor enters a live call as an audible third party.
Barge (or "barge-in") inserts the supervisor into a live call as an audible third participant. Both agent and lead hear the supervisor.
Use for:
- Escalation (lead asks for a manager)
- Save the deal (supervisor closes when agent stalls)
- Compliance issues that need immediate intervention
